Most orders will be shipped via UPS. Delivery time is 5-8 business days. No signature is required for this delivery.
Orders including oversized items (list of items in Shipping Policy) will be shipped by a large parcel carrier. A signature may be required for your area, in which case the carrier will contact you to make an appointment. Delivery time for these orders is 10-20 business days unless otherwise stated. Final local delivery to your home may extend past the ETA date on your shipping confirmation.
Oversized items also require an additional "Oversize Fee" due to the extra handling required for delivery. This charge is noted when you add your item to cart.

If you’re considering ordering nursery furniture from Namesake Home, don’t. I ordered the Alouette crib and matching Alouette dresser in washed pine back in early May. The photos online were gorgeous, and since this is my first baby, I’ve been renovating the entire nursery — new flooring, trim, door, paint, wallpaper, even new windows. I didn’t care about the price tag; I wanted a beautiful, cohesive set for my newborn.
The crib arrived first and looked great once assembled. That’s where the good news ends.
First dresser arrives — damaged
The dresser showed up with a cracked top straight out of the box. I contacted the company immediately.
It took over a week for them to even respond and schedule a pickup. They also refused to send a replacement until the damaged one was returned, which dragged the process out even longer.
Nightstand arrives — also damaged
Trying to stay optimistic, I ordered the Liberty nightstand in washed pine to complete the set.
It arrived even more damaged than the dresser. At that point, I requested a refund because this was now two pieces of broken furniture from the same company.
Baby born — still no dresser
My baby arrived, and I still had no dresser, just a changing topper sitting on the floor with nothing to attach it to.
Replacement dresser arrives — unbelievably damaged
When the replacement dresser finally showed up, it was even more damaged than the first one. Splits, cracks, structural issues — completely unacceptable for brand-new…
