    Tracking information is sent directly to our system within 24 hours from when the carrier picks up the order at our warehouse.

    Oversize items & Multiple Furniture Pieces

    Orders including oversized items (noted above under “Shipping Rates”) will be shipped by a large parcel carrier and includes Room of Choice Delivery. This level of delivery requires scheduling an appointment and the carrier will contact you directly to set up a delivery window.
    Our Room of Choice delivery features a skilled delivery team that will bring your items inside and place them in the room of your choosing. Upstairs carrying limit of two flights of stairs (up to 15 steps each). Freight Elevators for apartments are okay. Unboxing, debris removal and assembly is not included in this service. Unsuccessful delivery attempts within the agreed appointment time may incur an additional fee. When applicable, please make note of any issues on the paperwork. Delivery time for these orders is 10-20 business days unless otherwise stated. Final local delivery to your home may extend past the ETA date on your shipping confirmation.

    Namesake is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection. By purchasing Package Protection at checkout, your order will be protected from loss, damage, or theft. Fees are calculated based on the subtotal of the order. In the unfortunate case that your order never arrives or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a shipping issue with Route and receive a replacement (dependant on in-stock availability) or be refunded (less discounts received). We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you purchase Package Protection at checkout. Route's Package Protection helps cover the following instances:

    • Shipping issues for packages marked "delivered" yet not received, can be approved no earlier than 5 days after the “delivery date” and no later than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises.
    • Photos of the damaged item and packaging are required for damaged shipping issues
    • Shipping issues for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") can be filed at any time. Issue resolution is based on the estimated delivery date for your order which is available when your claim is filed.

    Tracking & Orders

    An automated tracking email will be sent to the email address submitted with the order.

    Due to peak season demand with our shipping partners we anticipate a delay in receiving tracking information.

    Allow 3 - 4 business days to receive tracking information for small parcel deliveries (mattresses, pads, cribs, seating & small dressers)Allow 7 - 10 business days to receive tracking information for large parcel deliveries (oversize items & multiple furniture pieces)

    While placing your order, please check that your shipping address is correct as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.

    Items may ship from different warehouses. Items ordered together are not always shipped together and may arrive at different times.

    We pride ourselves on our ability to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but as a result it may not be possible to cancel your order, as it may have already been processed through our warehouse.

    If your order is successfully cancelled, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email. We'll issue your refund right away, but it may take 10 - 12 business days to reflect on your statements.

    Any orders that are unable to be cancelled will have to be treated as a return and the customer will be responsible for all applicable fees.
