Shipping & Delivery

We offer the methods of shipping below, some requiring an additional fee.  A single or combination of methods/shipping carriers may be used for a single order, depending on the assortment and shipment origin.

Shipping Methods

Front Door Parcel Delivery (Free if Products Qualify)

  • Packages delivered to the outside of your home, no signature required.

Room of Choice Truck Delivery (Additional Fee Mandatory for Oversized Items)

  • Qualified products delivered into your room of choice, by appointment with certain limitations, no unboxing or assembly included.

*White Glove Delivery (Additional Fee Required)

  • Items are delivered to your home by appointment and brought to your room of choice. Unboxing, full assembly of eligible products and removal of packaging material are included. Certain limitations apply.

Please note we are unable to offer any expedited delivery upgrades such as 2 Day or overnight.

*Certain products excluded from white glove delivery include bedding soft goods, conversion kits, accessories, and non-Namesake branded items (e.g. newton mattresses...etc.)

Namesakehome.com exclusively ships to the contiguous 48 United States using all shipping methods*. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US Territories, or international destinations. Due to the nature of our products and their size, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and military APOs, FPOs or DPO addresses.

For shipments outside our coverage area, please visit our Storespage to find online and international Namesake retailers. 

*White glove delivery is currently available to customers whose deliveries are located in California, Arizona and Colorado only.

Depending on when your order is placed, processing times can be between 1 to 36 hours to prepare your products for shipment.  Please see “Cancelling or Modifying Orders” below for more information.  

Non-Namesake branded products are processed and shipped directly from our partner brands and are immediately processed and unable to be edited in any way from your order. Please review your items in cart carefully, prior to placing your order. Non-Namesake branded products typically ship in separate/multiple boxes and on various dates. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Tracking information is typically sent directly to our system within 48 hours from when the carrier picks up the order at our warehouse. 

We are unable to expedite shipments or offer guaranteed delivery dates.

Applicable to furniture products only that are shipping to either California, Colorado or Arizona.

*Quoted service delivery times are subject to change without notice due to factors outside of our control. (e.g. Weather or carrier-related delays).  We will do our best to accommodate and provide a reasonable resolution should these delays occur.

Orders including oversized items (noted above under “Items & Service Delivery Types”) will be shipped by a freight carrier with a lift gate truck and includes Room of Choice Delivery. This level of delivery requires scheduling an appointment and the carrier will contact you directly to set up a delivery window. 

Our Room of Choice delivery features a skilled delivery team that will bring your boxed items inside and place them in the room of your choosing. Upstairs carrying limit of two flights of stairs (up to 15 steps each). Freight Elevators for apartments are okay. Unboxing, debris removal and assembly are not included in this service.  Unsuccessful delivery attempts within the agreed appointment time may incur an additional fee. When applicable, please make note of any issues on the paperwork.  Delivery time for these orders is 10-20 business days unless otherwise stated. Final local delivery to your home may extend past the ETA date on your shipping confirmation. 

White Glove Delivery: Includes Room of Choice Service, in addition to, unpacking products, complete assembly of all White Glove eligible items and packaging debris removal.

Typical Assembly Times: Gliders ~10 min; Cribs 20–30 min; Dressers/Storage ~1 hr

Additional services: Such as moving furniture multiple times within a room or to other rooms will incur additional fees.

Time Overages: If the white glove delivery runs over it's allotted time, the delivery crews may need to be rescheduled to come back to complete the service. We recommend preparing your home with a clear path for delivery to the room of choice, ensure the room is ready, and allow ample space for assembly to avoid any inconveniences and overages.

An automated tracking email will be sent to the email address submitted with the order.

*Important*

While placing your order, please check that your shipping address is correct as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.

Items may ship from different warehouses. Items ordered together are not always shipped together and may arrive at different times.

We pride ourselves on our ability to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but as a result it may not be possible to cancel your order, as it may have already been processed through our warehouse. We generally have a 1 hour window from when your order is placed, to have the ability to cancel your order. Anything after 1 hour will need to be reviewed. Gift Cards are not applicable as they are fulfilled instantly. See Gift Card Terms and Conditions.

If your order is successfully cancelled, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email. We'll issue your refund right away, but it may take 10 - 12 business days to
reflect on your statements.

Any orders that are unable to be cancelled will have to be treated as a return and the customer will be responsible for all applicable fees.

Note that we can't redirect orders once they already on their way to you. Please check that your order and shipping address are correct when placing your order.

If you live in a high-theft area or have other concerns about the safety of your delivery, we recommend purchasing Route package protection.  Route is Babyletto's authorized package protection partner and they provide low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit, when purchased at checkout.

 

If you did not purchase Route protection and your order is marked as delivered, contact us here, and a customer service agent will initiate an investigation with our shipping carriers.

If you don't love your purchase, don't worry, we are here to help! You can initiate a return or exchange up to 30 days from the date of delivery. This excludes final sale items and Gift Cards.
