Description

Meet your Kiwi's new foundation. The Glider Base Upgrade in Light Wood or Dark Wood gives your recliner a warmer, more design-forward look — without changing a thing about the comfort and performance you love. A simple swap from the standard metal ring, the wood base brings an elevated, sculptural quality to your nursery that feels intentional from every angle. Assembly is easier than you'd think: all tools, hardware, and a step-by-step video guide are included. Available exclusively on Babyletto.com. Compatible with all standard Kiwi models with a black or gold metal base.

DESIGN UPGRADE: Replaces the standard black or gold metal ring base with a design-forward wood base in your choice of Light Wood or Dark Wood finish — for a more elevated look in any nursery or living space.
SAME COMFORT, NEW LOOK: Chair performance is completely unchanged. Glide, recline, and swivel function exactly the same. This is a visual upgrade only.
GREENGUARD GOLD CERTIFIED: Tested for over 10,000 chemical emissions and VOCs, undergoing rigorous scientific testing to meet some of the world's most stringent chemical emissions requirements. It contributes to cleaner indoor air, creating a healthier environment for your baby to sleep, play, and grow.
FSC® CERTIFIED WOOD: Wood used in this product comes from well-managed, FSC®-certified forests. The FSC® label means that wood has been harvested to benefit communities, wildlife, and the environment.
EASY ASSEMBLY: Installs in just a few minutes. All tools, hardware, and extra bolts are included — plus a step-by-step video guide to walk you through it. Pro tip: keep your chair in the box and flip it upside down before you start.
ADDS APPROXIMATELY 1" IN HEIGHT: A subtle lift once installed.
COMPATIBLE WITH STANDARD KIWI MODELS: Works with the Kiwi Manual, Classic, Plus, and Deluxe — any model with a black or gold metal base.
