If you don't love your purchase, don't worry, we are here to help! You can initiate a return or exchange up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
Received a damaged item or missing a piece? We can send you free replacement parts! Please start your request by visiting our parts page HERE.
For items that arrive to you in less than perfect condition, we will send you replacement pieces at no cost to you. To help us assess the issue, please submit details and photographs of the item and the packaging HERE.
We are also pleased to offer a one-time exchange on the original item from your order. However, please note that any additional exchanges will not be granted, and our normal return policy will apply.

Return/Exchange Eligibility +
We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange an item. In such cases, we are pleased to offer a one-time exchange on the original item from your order. However, please note that any additional exchanges will not be granted, and our normal return policy will apply.
To qualify for a refund, we kindly ask that the items be in new condition with original packaging. For mattresses*, they must remain unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
If a product is modified in any way, it will be ineligible for return.
Items ineligible for return/exchange:
Eligible items purchased from Namesake.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise noted. Additional guidelines may apply**.

* Newton Mattress are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
** For returns on bundled products: If an item from a bundle is returned, you will forfeit the discount originally applied to all the items in the bundle. Items in a bundle are eligible for a one-time exchange with the exception of final sale & Newton Baby mattresses.
Return/Exchange Policy +
When you receive your item, please keep the original packaging until you know you will not need to make an return/exchange. Having this packaging will greatly simplify your return process.

After your return/exchange request has been accepted, you will receive your return label and instructions via email. Please include all parts, pieces, printed materials, and accessories, along with the product's original packaging. Also include a copy of your packing slip with your return shipment.
Return shipments received without first using the return portal linked above will not qualify for a credit.
For exchanges: We are pleased to offer seamless exchanges for your order. Your new order will ship out after we receive your returned item. An email confirmation will be sent when we have processed your returned item, and then a new tracking email will be sent.
What is Free Returns Coverage?
We now offer free returns and package protection for all orders, which you can purchase at checkout. If you purchase Return Coverage with your order, your return shipping label will be covered for eligible items. Return coverage covers all items in the cart, so you do not need to purchase return coverage for each item.*
If you choose not to buy return coverage, you can still process a return in the portal above, but you will need to cover the cost of the return shipping label, which can on average be 25% of the retail value of the item.
Free returns coverage must follow all guidelines listed within our return policy. Items must be returned within the designated return window. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be in new condition, with original packaging, and with all tags attached. Final-sale and special discounted items are not eligible for free returns.
*Return coverage does not apply to final sale items, gift cards, bedding products and Newton mattresses.
