Ordered almost a month ago. The first order never shipped. So they made a new order, which also hasn't shipped yet (been about a week so far). It was purchased 2 weeks in advance as a baby shower gift, but never arrived. If you order, make sure it is more than a month of advance of when you need it I guess? Maybe 2 months.

I am hoping the chair itself is OK when I get it. I fear a refund or replacement would take another 1-2 months.

I'm writing this review because I received an email stating:

So you get my response now, even though it has not arrived like the email stated and has not even shipped yet.
