Most orders will be shipped via UPS. Delivery time is 5-8 business days. No signature is required for this delivery.
Orders including oversized items (list of items in Shipping Policy) will be shipped by a large parcel carrier. A signature may be required for your area, in which case the carrier will contact you to make an appointment. Delivery time for these orders is 10-20 business days unless otherwise stated. Final local delivery to your home may extend past the ETA date on your shipping confirmation.
Oversized items also require an additional "Oversize Fee" due to the extra handling required for delivery. This charge is noted when you add your item to cart.

I would not recommend this product or brand to any parent. Both the Liberty Dresser and changing table arrived damaged. The customer service has been very poor afterwards trying to exchange/return the products. The online submission form for the exchange/return would allow you to submit, but then there was no further confirmation of receiving it. My husband and I have been contacting them for over two weeks (emails, > 3 separate calls). They have very limited working hours for their call customer service in Pacific Time, which makes it even more challenging for working parents. Over two weeks of these persistent efforts, we have only received tracking updates for an exchange for the changing table without any updates for the dresser. If you are in your third trimester, do not depend on this brand being ready in time. I don't want any other parents to go through this stress.

Shipping was awful. Took over 5 weeks. Items were not on back order when order was placed. Customer service wasn’t very helpful- told me I needed to reach out to the delivery company myself. Furniture wise the pieces are very nice and sturdy
