Orders including oversized items (list of items in Shipping Policy) will be shipped by a large parcel carrier. A signature may be required for your area, in which case the carrier will contact you to make an appointment. Delivery time for these orders is 10-20 business days unless otherwise stated. Final local delivery to your home may extend past the ETA date on your shipping confirmation.
Oversized items also require an additional "Oversize Fee" due to the extra handling required for delivery. This charge is noted when you add your item to cart.

This dresser is beautiful and was glad to learn it came assembled. However, the finish on it is not very durable. Somehow in a middle of the night diaper change Aquaphor got on the dresser and removed the finish. My daughter is only 5 weeks old so it’s hardly been used. Disappointed that this expensive piece is now ruined.
Arrived with damage. I did pay the extra fee for package protection. Reached out to the company immediately and didn’t receive a response. For the cost I expected better customer service.
I was very excited to revieve my liberty dresser but the top came all scratched up on both sides. It was packaged well so it looks like it was already damaged prior to being shipped. I ordered a replacement top and it also came damaged, despite the packaging looking good. I don't understande the poor service, especially for a $1200 dresser. Very disappointed.

Super sturdy and well made. I’d buy it again and I’d even buy one for myself. I did change my knobs purely for aesthetic reasons so now I have two sets as back up. The only thing is that the drawers are a bit small (the piece is overall not huge) so it’s great for a nursery but as the clothes get bigger it will fit less and less. The piece is also extremely heavy. I bought the furniture markers in case it got dinged. It might be impossible to remove the drawers. I need to reach out to them about that as a onesie and top fell behind but on the inside and I can’t access them until I remove a drawer. I feel like that shouldn’t happen really. But visually and quality wise piece is wonderful and could last forever.
