Why we love it
Most orders will be shipped via UPS. Delivery time is 5-8 business days. No signature is required for this delivery.
Orders including oversized items (list of items in Shipping Policy) will be shipped by a large parcel carrier. A signature may be required for your area, in which case the carrier will contact you to make an appointment. Delivery time for these orders is 10-20 business days unless otherwise stated. Final local delivery to your home may extend past the ETA date on your shipping confirmation.
Oversized items also require an additional "Oversize Fee" due to the extra handling required for delivery. This charge is noted when you add your item to cart.

Love the look and feel of this chair but it is slightly leaning towards one side and has already started squeaking when we rock in it. It’s also not a very smooth rocker/glider.

We completely understand your concerns about the leaning and squeaking issues, as well as the gliding mechanism not being as smooth as expected. These are definitely not the quality standards we strive for, especially with a comfort piece that's meant to provide a relaxing experience.

We bought ours and the first one came completely broken, when we got the replacement it started squeaking a month after. Not worth the hassle, spend your money somewhere else
Horrible squeaking/creaking sound after 6 or so months of use. I would not recommend this glider.
We purchased this chair and a month after my son was born it started making the loudest, most annoying creaking sound and felt like it was breaking down. We were sent 2 replacements and the same problem. It’s very comfortable I just wish it was made with a higher quality base. It’s disappointing considering the price.
Ordered almost a month ago. The first order never shipped. So they made a new order, which also hasn't shipped yet (been about a week so far). It was purchased 2 weeks in advance as a baby shower gift, but never arrived. If you order, make sure it is more than a month of advance of when you need it I guess? Maybe 2 months.
I am hoping the chair itself is OK when I get it. I fear a refund or replacement would take another 1-2 months.
