Most orders will be shipped via UPS. Delivery time is 5-8 business days. No signature is required for this delivery.
Orders including oversized items (list of items in Shipping Policy) will be shipped by a large parcel carrier. A signature may be required for your area, in which case the carrier will contact you to make an appointment. Delivery time for these orders is 10-20 business days unless otherwise stated. Final local delivery to your home may extend past the ETA date on your shipping confirmation.
Oversized items also require an additional "Oversize Fee" due to the extra handling required for delivery. This charge is noted when you add your item to cart.

When our child was born, we were gifted the darlington 4 in 1 convertible crib and recently, we were really excited to order the toddler conversion kit!
The instructions said to remove the old railing which removes the top bar/molding with it. When we put the conversion kit on, it doesn't look like the website pictures and is missing the molding on both sides at the top (see attached picture for context.)
I found 2 other 1 star reviews with the same issue as me on the website. I'm wondering what our options are? The picture on the website has the top molding pieces present so I don't think it's a design issue but maybe just not included in the kit? How can we get those pieces?

Re-confirming another review here. We just put the toddler kit on the crib and there are exposed pegs, which is not the design that was sold. It’s a deceiving and incorrect product. Wouldn’t buy again.

when the crib wall is removed, the corner bed posts are gone with it. this kit does not have a new bed post set. it looks awful and we missed the return window. we have dealt with it. only the top 2 bolts line up, the bottom ones don't so it's not secure. luckily she is old enough where it doesn't really matter. but this kit is a joke. i'm too scared to buy a full size conversion only to have other issues. my husband wants an entirely new bed honestly.
