Most orders will be shipped via UPS. Delivery time is 5-8 business days. No signature is required for this delivery.

Orders including oversized items (list of items in Shipping Policy) will be shipped by a large parcel carrier. A signature may be required for your area, in which case the carrier will contact you to make an appointment. Delivery time for these orders is 10-20 business days unless otherwise stated. Final local delivery to your home may extend past the ETA date on your shipping confirmation.

Oversized items also require an additional "Oversize Fee" due to the extra handling required for delivery. This charge is noted when you add your item to cart.

My piece has STILL not arrived
I ordered the Crewe electric glider and swivel one month ago (June -5) and have had an absolutely impossible time getting it delivered by UPS and getting a response from the namesake customer service team. One would think that after sinking a thousand dollars on a product they would treat their customers with care and respect. My next step is the better business bureau. Order number: NS-42126

Amazing chair
love the chair. The delivery was clunky. Chair was supposed to arrive for 1.5 weeks and then every day kept getting delayed. We paid for delivery up to our Unit, but UPS left it in our lobby without us ever signing for it.
