The chair does not function as described on your website. In fact it is not this is not an easy recline whats so ever. When I pull the lever, the footrest does not fully extend—the lever brings it out about halfway then I have to manually lift it so it’s fully extended. Closing the footrest is even more problematic: and I can not get out of the chair easily if the foot rest is extended. it is very difficult to push back into place, and the only way I can get it to close is while I’m standing up to forcefully shut it with my foot. Not only did I struggle with this chair I had my husband test the chair out and he also struggled.

This is not only frustrating but also extremely unsafe. As I prepare to use this chair with a newborn, I cannot risk struggling with the mechanism or forcing it shut while holding a baby. The product in its current state is unusable and presents a safety hazard and should absolutely not be a product you market for mothers and newborns.

We are awaiting our baby's birth, but I have tested my friends' recliners and I believe that this Winslow Extra Wide Recliner and Swivel Glider is much more comfortable than any of the ones I have tried. We just Love it already! It is very well made and the fabric is soft and seems like it will be easy to keep clean. The chair swivels and reclines very easily, and the extra wide seat is so comfortable that I can sit crosslegged in it. I think this will be the perfect chair to recline in at night while I breastfeed my baby, and when she is a toddler there will be more than enough room for the two of us to sit when reading bedtime stories. I cannot wait to use my comfortable new chair!
