We love sharing photos that show how real authentic families use, style, and live with our products. We’d love to share your photo with the world through our website, but first we need your permission to use your photo in this way. Please review the terms and conditions below. If you agree with the fine print, respond to our request with #namesakeinspo.

By tagging your photos with the hashtag #namesakeinspo, you are agreeing to the following:

• You hereby grant to Bexco Enterprises, Inc dba The MDB Family, alternatively Namesake, its affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, advertising and promotional agencies, and their agents and representatives (collectively, “Namesake”), the irrevocable, unrestricted, royalty-free worldwide right to use, publish, display, broadcast, edit, modify and distribute any materials, content, illustrations, photos, videos, comments, or information relating to the Photo (hereinafter, “Material”), including those bearing your name, voice, image, likeness, and/or any other identifiable representation of yourself or others photographed (collectively, “Your Likeness”). These Materials may appear in any form, style, color or medium whatsoever now known or later developed (including, without limitation, photographs, videotapes, films, sound recordings, software, drawings, prints, broadcast, in-store displays, internet, email, and electronic media).

• You warrant and represent that: (a) you are the author of the Material and own all rights to use it or, alternatively, have the right to grant us the rights described above; (b) you have paid or will pay in full any fees or other payments that may be related to the use of the Material; (c) the Material does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity; (d) publication of the Material via various media including Web posting, will not infringe on the rights of any third parties; (e) you have obtained permission from all persons whose name, voice, image, likeness and/or any other identifiable representation are included in the Material; (f) you are the legal guardian of or have the permission of the legal guardian of any children in the Material. You will indemnify and hold harmless Namesake from any claims to the contrary. You certify that you are at least 18 years of age.

Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy

If you believe that a user of the Site has infringed on your intellectual property rights, or if we have taken down your materials due to suspicion of copyright infringement, and you would like to dispute the alleged infringement, please email CS@mdbmail.com for information on how to notify us.
